Strange brake pressure/knocking on pedal
Ok so i wake up and turn my car on, i drive to the gas station, as i drive back i notice pressing my brakes i feel like a knockin on my pedal, i kept driving, pressed hard on the break, then released....kept driving and it still continues. I have drilled/slotted rotors in the front and when i press the break it feels like the slots are going against the pistons or something, maybe the brake calipers are skipping?. Does anyone have any idea on what to look for before I remove the tires

It could be warped or cracked rotors. Look for pad buildup on the rotors, it'll show up as a discolouration. Look for cracks around the holes and slots. If they're not cracked you can get them turned, otherwise upgrade the brake rotors with a set of stock replacement rotors, NAPA rotors are nice and cheap and are good quality.

Get the discs turned, that discolouration is likely a buildup of old brake pad material. It has a tendancy to build up in a non-uniform way, which causes feedback into the pedal, causing the pulsing.
As for the squeaking, do you have all the backing plates and springs and clips on? These help reduce squeaking. You can also coat the backs of the pads with anti-squal, which can be found at auto parts stores. Some pads squeak more than others though. Turning them might help with this too. Also, once they're turned, bed in the new pads, this will make the brakes work better and the pads and rotors will last longer.

You can get the hardware from the dealer or from Mazdatrix. Getting the discs turned is basically putting them on a special lathe and shaving the surface off. Any brake shop should be able to do this.
