Storage Options....or part out?

So here is the situation...I will be off to grad school this upcoming aug and for three years, the rex will be sitting at home. Ill be going to school in VA and the car will be in CA so I wont be home often to start her up or take her anywhere. I know this will be bad so should I prepare for it or just part her out. Its got a t04b, koyo rad, rtek 1.8, 720 injectors, spec clutch, an fuel lines, rb flywheel, other upgrades, etc. I figure either way, I'll need to rebuild the motor when I get back but should I just sell some of the parts now? Will the turbo or rad not be good after sitting for three years? Just unsure of what to do....any advice?

Why would you need to rebuild it? Is it already bad?

If you store the car properly, 3 years is fine.
