so i backed into a friend busting the rear left hand outside brake light (above the turn signal) ever since i have had a cluster stoplight illuminate when i hit the brakes yet even after changing those bulbs on both sides (1157) and making sure they work (both filaments) i still get the illumination in my cluster what gives have checked the fsm via a link i have cant find any diagnosing instructions. i have temporary red film tape so not to get pulled over until my new light gets here.
btm its an 88 convertible had no trouble until now help appreciated searches up until now have been unhelpful.
