stop light comes on

stop light comes on

My stop light comes on when i hit the break, anyone know what it means?

Sure its the "Stop" light??? Because it only comes on if there is a burnt bulb, incorrect bulb, or wiring short.

Did you check the third brake light???

Now if it was the "Brake" that would be from low brake fluid

well.. if the stop light is the one that says stop right across it.. then thats the one im talking about..

Mine used to come on occasionally. I think that it may have been due to some moisture in the hatch from having my drain holes clogged from acorns.

Just check your wiring and make sure that everything is dry. I don't think that it is a big deal.
