maybe its someone you know... that sounds like more of a prank than a theft. sounds like something my friends would do to me. what would someone want with an FC shift boot? and if they were breaking into your car to steal stuff, why didnt they take anything else?

Was it genuine leather or the plastic, vinyl stuff?
If you would like one with white stitching, I can mail it out to you. I make them. Of course at this time you might want to customize it a little with embroidery or other color topstitching as well. Not to make this too self promotional, but Maciek under the Parts for sale section has a sticky permanently up. Check it out! I don't have that but I drive one of these cars myself and we make a really quality product.

He's got a good following, but I think mine are better; of course I'm prejudiced .

We've learned quite a bit, but mainly we custom make each one to the owners specifications. Each one is made, cut and pinned, based on the proper shift surround and embroidered if so desired. Its been fun! I'm a lot smaller than Maciek and consequently don't/can't pay for a sticky every month. Still meet some great people though.

Don't brag about your ****.

Don't live in an apartment.

Have your apartment living friends visit YOU.

Don't go to a bar, in your car.

Don't have a girlfriend. She'll have her other boy jack your **** once she hates you.

Always carry a gun and many other weapons. Get permits for all of those or, move down here. We carry any legal weapon in our "extention of our homes" (cars).

Get video.

I was arrested because of suspicion of "Attemped Second Degree Murder" about two months ago (all it takes is a lie).

If I had spent about $2k for video equipment for my home, I would not have had to go to jail and spend $6015 to get out.

I suggest the same $2k video eqipment for your car.

Mike

Working with these, all I can say is BEWARE.
You get what you pay for and that stuff is not garment leather. The stitching is also not really up to par.
We sell a complete set for $50 and that is with the ebrake boot. So we are at the same price. Look at MikeL for a comparison of the leather. You can SEE the difference. Unfortunately you can't feel it which is the key. Amazing!!
