Stock turbos

if i found a stock turbo (say, in a junkyard; if possible) could i put it into an NA.

Yeah, there are a lot more parts that are different with the n/a besides the turbo itself. It is possible to do some kind of fabrication, however it's not practical. If you have an n/a, get a supercharger.

yep. supercharger is probably the best way. Or like i said a TII!
