Does the size of turbo matter?
For example the mitsubishi td05 (Big) 16g for eclipses is a lot smaller (compressor and turbine) yet its rated to 370+ at the flywheel?

um, Like i said there are 2 turbos that came in the second gen RX-7
the 87-88 ( well i put 86 last time which was a typo.. no 86 TII)
and the 89-91
The 89+ turbo is good for ~225 RWHP@11Psi

You can go more than 11psi on the stock S4 turbo I thought. People on here have gone as far as 15psi that I have heard of.
I think all that depends on alot of things(ported wastegate/fmic/etc).

You'll get differing opinions, depending on who you talk to.  My experience have limited use to about 15psi; anything more would compromise the oil seal on the stock turbo.  At this boost, 250bhp at the flywheel is about it's max.
