It's a piece of junk.&nbsp Any decent quality aftermarket deck and speakers will get you better sound 99% of the time.

Clarion pro audio series for good sound quality as far as CD players.

Sony Xplode for good BASS capabilities.

make sure you get something w/ a flip down face. its a cleaner look, more room for a bigger display, and keeps dust and **** out of the cd opening.

dont get an In-car MP3 player either. i hate those things. sure its handy, but, MP3s are chopped up versions of cd quality songs. MP3s are missing certain frequency ranges, and are just all around, not as clean sounding as a plain CD.

you might not want a CD changer unless its somplace handy. cuz chances are, you might put in 12 of ur fave cd's...and they will STAY there for EVER!!! that happend w/ me and my Trans Am. had a 12 disc, put in some cd's and NEVER c hanged them cuz they were in my trunk...too much of a hassle. anywho, just dont buy something cuz its pretty looking, buy it cuz it performs

My stock stereo sounded like crap, but my budget wouldn't allow a complete replacement. I pulled the stereo, pulled the covers and reslodered the connections where the controls and connectors mount to the circuit boards. It works great, but it needed a little sub. My only addition was a small (used) Bazooka mounted behind the driver's seat.
