Are the stock "sideskirts" of a series 5 vert replacable?

Are the stock "sideskirts" of a series 5 vert replacable?
Are the welded on or are they bolted on to the car? I just crashed my rex and the "sideskirts" on the passenger side are dented...

You can get them seperately, but they are pricey
