Stock shift **** is falling off...

Hey, so one day I was driving around on my S4, and suddenly my shift **** twists in my hand, and gets entirely loose. After fiddling with it for a while, I screw it back on, but now it won't face the right way. Anyone else have this problem?

Yes, you screw the **** down to where you want it then tighten the jam nut against it.
