stock intercooler shroud

the dip **** that previously owned my car ripped off the intercooler shroud so it doesn't seal to the air ram, anyone know where I can get a replacement or do you have to get a whole new one? maybe i should just fab. my own?

probably a pain in the ***.. you can find stock IC's on ebay for like $25

Probally what happened was this. The seal started to fall off. Then the previous owner went to the dealer and found out it lists for $300. Then he ripped it off, set it on fire, and threw it through the parts department window.
