Stock hp of 146? What makes this decrease with age?

What happens in a car to make this go down and not produce the original factory horsepower? Exhaust? Carbon? Or alot of little things?

Please opine!

lower engine compression, clogged cats, stuck six ports, vacuum leaks, bad tps. those are all common problems that will reduce power

i thought that was at the fly wheel....so if you a measuring at the rw then it would be less...
