Yes, sounds like you need some help...esp with only those mods. Before you do anything, learn about air/fuel ratios and what happens when you do these mods. A lean a/f ratio is usually how people blow their engines.
It does not have a BOV, it has a bypass valve. Basically the same thing except the air does not vent to atmosphere, it goes back in front of the turbo. You can easily change to a real bov though.
The exhaust will free up so much backpressure (if its anything decent size) that you will overboost and the car will cut fuel to save itself. If you have the FCD installed then it wont cut fuel and will run lean, most likely blowing the engine.
Adding fuel is the first thing to do. A good fuel pump as well as an SAFC, RTek, or additional injectors/controller or standalone fuel management. I ran an rtek 1.7 (modded stock ecu) with additional injectors controlled by an HKS unit. I made 300 hp at 13psi (upgraded turbo, not stock) with this setup.
Where are you at in OH-IO? I used to live in cbus. Actually going back to vist next week.

yea you need to get your turbo wastegate ported asap...that is going to be a huge thing and main reason i blew my engine..s4 turbos suck bad and it should get borred out to around 60 mm to be safe. . . walbro fuel pump..get off ebay for lik 120. and def rteck the ecu. just go with 1.5 if you arnt upgrading internals/injectors/turbo. possibe mbc (port wastegate/fuel pump/rtech 1.5) that should allow you to boost up to 10psi saftly. do these saftey mods asap so you dont end up like me..........

I have an HKS AIC and additional injectors for sale if you plan on going that way. If youre near Columbus I could help install and tune next week also.
