Arrow STIll failing smog - denatured alcohol results

so i replaced all 4 injectors, added grounds and got the car tested on pump gas..

hcs came out at about 250, and like 275.. not too bad right? (i have small cats)

so i changed the oil for luck, and added 2 gallons of denatured alcohol to about a 1/8th of a tank of gas. car ran like crap, and i failed horribly.

hcs were 250 at 15mph, and 450 at 25mph.
similar results to my last DA run. except last time, with the old injectors, shitty oil and whatnot i came out with 150 at 15, and 750 at 25mph.

no levels were normal at 15mph on this run, and like 35 at the 25mph.
also failed on co, just about everything. the strange part is, i almost passed 3 months ago running d/a

is there a proper mixture i should be shooting for? is there a chance im triggering knock sensor and dumping excess fuel?
o2 levels on the DA run were like 4.8% on the 15, and .6% on the 25mph run. which is weird, b/c every other time theyve been 0 or .1%

heres a rundown (numbers are approximate, i will get real #'s asap)

previous run (1gal DA) test run(pump gas) current run(2gal DA)
15/25
o2 .1/.0 .1/.0 4.8/.6
HC 150/750 250/275 260/450
NO normal 400/35

how does this compute!? no's are formed in combustion and require high temps to destroy. hc is directly related to gas.
these readings are completely different from eachother in every way possible..
was it too much DA? i think im just going to buy a bigger cat and run on pump gas... urhg i hate to do that. im still in shock that my car got worked by denatured alcohol. every time i use it, lately, my car seems to run really really rich. acv is functioning (you can see from the last test) its almost like the car cant burn the denatured alcohol, leaving me with HCs out the ***, and high o2.. but this doesnt explain the first reading.

edit: reading through posts, it looks like using too much can be bad, (obviously) as your octane goes through the roof, and mixutres lean out too much. also in the first test, my acv did fail. so solution: test again with less d/a.
my current mixture should be proper,as i added 4 gals to the existing 2 gals.

i believe it is. acv is all together all diaphragms intact. ive checked it over and over again. im going to go for another pretest, and if i fail, ill just put a bigger cat on it.

but can anyone confirm that using too much DA would cause me to fail?

update: after much deliberation ive got it down to this: either my cats are dying, or im running too rich. solution:
install safc and bonez hi flow. those are good cats right?

i just rediluted my gas so its now 2 gal DA to 5 gal gas, which should be approximate.

my readings did drop, in fact my HC almost passed on 25mph, but it shouldve gone thru no problem. im just guessing that my small *** cat must not be able to convert HC's like its supposed to.

results are as follows 15/25
co2 14.6/14.7
o2 0/0
HC 264/117 <- new record for 25mph
CO .22/.02
NO 65/38

now you see my low speeds are failing. too much methanol/high speed eats it
too little/none low speed eats it.
