well if you know all that. then retime the motor since its fairly easy to do and cant hurt just to be sure. check your injector plugs make sure they are pluged in correctly. check all your grounds.

yeah its flooding as well i deflood and it refloods later

the only thing is its street ported but not enough the stock ecu cant run it so...i gather it floods when i start it good comp,fuel,spark no vac leaks that i know of turns over strong ...could be timing ..the inj plugs could be on wrong..ill check these
