Still bad A/F readings (narrowband)
Still bad A/F readings (narrowband)
Ok, I know how useless narrowbands are and all, but I've been posting that my A/F coming from my old o2 were completely out of wack. Now, I've put in a new o2, and it's EXACTLY the same. It only reads to about .8V which is perfect for an NA, but I have a turbo. People have seen somewhat accuracte readings from o2s before. Why isn't mine working? Is my A/F really dangerously lean?
Narrow band o2 sensor are only accurate at stoich. The .8 you stated is PIG RICH most likely. LEAN IT OUT. Then again, narrow band are only accurate at stoich, so you don't really KNOW what the afr is. Buy a wideband if really have an interest in knowing what your afr is at wide open throttle.
