Steering gear boots, and possible cv boots

I bought an rx7 about a 1.5 months ago, and i started checking everything out to see what i needed to replace, (turboII for 650). the previous owner told me of oil seals that needed to be replaced. other than that, the engine is fine. however, i am unsure of the total mileage on the engine, so i am in the process of getting a j-spec s4 engine shipped to my door. either way, i am looking under the car a little bit, and notice the drivers side steering gear boot is damn near split in two. that sux a big one for me...so, i havent quite inspected the cv boots yet. however, the question remains, "where can i get a good quality steering gear boot, and cv boots, if needed." at a reasonable price, so i dont hafta be bent over?

I'd Imagine the dealership would have them for a "decent" price. I mean, they are only boots.
