after trying to figure out my idle issue i narrowed it down to the steering when parked i turn left or right my idle(rpm) takes a dip about to die out and when driving making a turn sometime it'll die out and i have to let go clutch to make it start again(while moving kinda like a push start) where should i check power steering? sensors? what?

 

Do you still have the BAC and everything installed? Normally that's what would cause an idle issue like that. (I'm not 100% if it's the BAC, or ACV, or what...)Regardless, it's probably not your power steering that's causing it, it's the device that allows more/less air into the engine when brakes, steering, etc is used at idle.
