starts on 1 rotor rebuild less 5,000 ago..rear rotor fuel issue

so i been having problems with my s4 t2..it ran fine for awhile just after i rebuilt it. so recently i started it and it seemed like it was only on 1 rotor for about a min then it was ok. ran it round for about a week. well it starts then immediatly dies now. compression is great on both rotors spark on all 4 plugs is great. fuel is there but i dont think its 100%. what would make it spray in only one housing the rear is barly getting fuel. running clean blueprinted 550/850 combo with rtek1.7

second that
also if its not the inj. plug you may have a break in the wire somewhere in the wire harness like mine did, same symptoms but it would come and go,i.e. 1 rotor like. so i got to wiggling around on the harness and figured it out, inj wire was cracked and melted aliitle so i un hooked everything from the passenger side harness and stripped it all down and rewired and eliminated everything i didnt need. heres some pics

ha i think that is exaclty what happened..i was messing with rewiring my boost/water temp gauges and couldnt figure it out so i left the water temp wires ziptied up.. the ground for the gauge had some burnt marks so i prob shorted it somewhere..where might be the question? i tapped the 12v ijn source on the parking light lead right behind driver headlight..so would it be that wire or do i have to trace it through actual haness up by the primaries..very helpful awnsers thanks guys
