Starting/Warm Up problem
Starting/Warm Up problem
It always used to work but one day the warm up sequence just failed and i thought it was a one time thing, but it never came back.
Now when i start up my car i do the sequence manually... >_>

Are you talking about the 3000 RPM engine abuse procedure, or the 1200 RPM "high idle" procedure?
If it's the 3000 RPM engine abuse (or, cat warmup for passing emissions), be glad it's not working. Most of us start it in gear to prevent that (and, if you've changed to having it in gear while you start it, the 3000 RPM abuse won't happen), or disconnect the associated air bypass valve.
If it's the 1200 RPM high idle, you might want to nose around with the back of the throttle body & make sure everything back there with the high idle cam is still working.

Check the radiator temp switch electrical connectors for security...
Check your BAC valve operation per the FSM...
If you have a vac leak in the intake manifold the system will not work either (don't ask me why, but I can state this from experience) :0
I don't agree with the pundits that we're better off without the 3K warmup. I enjoy my quick warmups, and since the rad temp switch will inhibit the system below 60*F, you don't have to worry about a really cold engine running to 3K and doing any damage. Since I'm premixing, I seriously doubt any damage would be done anyway, no matter how cold she was...
