Does he know he's "giving" it to you? Also, by he doesn't have the keys for it, do you mean you don't have the keys for it therefore he's giving it to you without knowingly doing so?

so if thats the case, go there and bring some tools and figure it out its not that hard seriously. I hotwired one of my parts cars one day so I could move and to see if I could.

If the situation your describing is really the case, then you don't need step by step instructions on how to steal our beloved cars because you will have the necessary time (and lack of ill-legality) to figure it out.
