single stage ? 5 psi is what would go with.. without over thinking it.
however i prefer a pwm system. it starts at 1 psi as dunno 2 ms? and ramps up with boost and rpm.

There's a lot of factors that determine when you want The water-methanol injection to stage in Example turbo size/ efficiency me Generally you want it where Or just before your highest temperatures Example If my Turbo starts to Begin to build a considerable amount of heat at 10 psi I'll on it on about 8 I've had a few customers car is where I had it come it in later around 12-15 .... Granted I didn't look but I'm only guessing that you're running a stock FC turbo in which case The HT 18 Gets really hot above 12 PSI I'd likely have a come in about 10psi If it's a true mix of water methanol than be prepared for it to run richer Based on the concentration of water and methanol

You don't need to run water inj. on that turbo with that setup provided you stay below 15-18 psi. You can, as said above, have it come on with a fixed nozzle at 10 psi, or a PWM setup from 1-2 psi on up.

This really is not the section to be asking about this. There is an entire sub-forum about this.

Doesn't hurt as a safeguard and a steamcleaner. Its good for the engine. reduce combustion temps and housing warp, and safeguard against **** fuel. I have mine coming on early about 4-5psi. Its the older AEM controller and 330cc nozzle. If you've got it might as well use it.
