starting & power : Performing badly

I am having trouble w/ my FC3S TII S4. First of all, the car starts very badly. When I say badly, I mean the first time I started the car it felt strong, like the motor would create a strong vibration. Now you can barely feel the engine, and then once I drive it their is no power created. I can put my foot all the way down on the accelarator and not feel any power whats so ever. It doesn't act like this always, which is why I think the problem might have to do w/ spark plugs, spark cables. I just recently had a tune up about a month and half ago. It was running ok when tune up was done, but then a week or two later ended up getting a leakage in my heater hose. So I took off the heater hose and noticed that the water valve connected to the heater hose was bent, so I replaced it. Car was running a little less than what it was running when I had gotten a tune up. I think the mechanic I took it to to get a tune up created the leakage (heater hose) in the first place. Which might be why I think he might have put on the wrong spark plugs and cables on my car.

Just wanted to know if anyone would have a solution to why my car is reacting this way?

Thanks in advance for your help.
