Starter problem

Hey has any one ever had a problem were after you start your car and then kill it. The starter seems to just freeze up, but then in like 15-20 minutes it will start again i need to know asap.

it could also be the little wire that goes to the starter. there are 2 big wires (battery cables) and one small spade clip wire. make sure that wire is good and tight and the connection is clean. this was the problem with my starter on my TII months ago. starter was fine, wire was just loose.
