Arrow stand alone fuel management

can i use a N/A wiring harness on a turbo motor if i swap ecu with stand alone fuel management? I've checked the FAQ section, it told me nothing.

Well, the thing is, most standalones use their OWN harness that you wire up yourself, there are a few places that make plug n play harnesses for the FC (k2rd?) for the Haltech. Other than that though, almost all require you to replace the harness with one you make from a standard harness from them.

if you went aftermarket, then generally you would wire in a new aftermarket harness.

I suppose you could cut and splice in an aftermarket stand alone, but why??? half the wires wouldn't be used

Exactly, besides why would you use a 13 years old (at least) crusty wire harness? Save some headaches, and use the factory stand alone harness
