Stage III Turbo... Good Deal?

I had a buddy of mine take 4 Turbos down to a place called Evergreen Turbos, in Ocala (Http://www.evergreenturbo.com) and here's the story:

The cores consisted of 2 T-25s (Off of a 300ZX-TT that I built) some other turbo w/ the equivalant trim to the T-25 (<shurg> to where it came from), and some gargantuous-*** Turbo off of an International (we think BUS).

He (Charles Brown from Evrgrn) is gonna give me 40 bux for the cores, so that's alright...

The good part comes in, here:

He's going to sell me a Stage III Turbo, with a .82 trim, for $600, minus the core credit, and GIVE me the T-4 manifold for the N/A.

Only minor problem is that I'd HAVE to run an external wastegate, except there isn't a flange on the manifold. In order to run INTERNAL, he'd have to clip the turbine and housing to mount the internal....

**** that.

He said that w/ the external, I could get about 400HP out of the Turbo, alone (assuming everything else is set up right), and should only run moderate boost (read: 20psi). He said that it CAN run 2 bars, but not to do THAT for too long.

Gee.... I had to be told.

So...

A Stage III Turbo, w/ an A/R trim of .82 AND manifold for $480.00

Think that's a good deal?
