Stabilizing Fuel System

Hi guys, my car has struggled to start almost as long as i can remember, but it got worse after i installed an fd fuel pump, and replaced fuel filter. Some have said it could just be leaky injectors, others have suggested possibly low fuel pressure...
I know our cars thrive on fuel so how should i go about making sure the fuel system is 100% and i'm getting plenty of fuel?

For starters im planning on sending my primaries to witchhunter to be flowed and cleaned then replacing my secondaries with 720cc injectors. I was also considering replacing my fuel rail with possibly some sort of upgraded fuel rail to make sure the Fuel Dampener is good and adding a fuel pressure regulator.

Lastly i was considering upgrading to a walbro (considering the idea that the used FD pump might not be 100%)

Any thoughts or other ideas?

Doesn't take much fuel to start. Such problems are more likely to be caused by too much fuel than too little. Leaky injectors are a good place to start, fouled or toasted plugs don't help either, and let's not forget everyone s friend...low compression

Well, knock on wood I'm hoping its just the leaky injectors. The compression should be good. It's a JDM S5 swap (under 50k) miles. The compression tested good when it was installed. Only about 5k miles put on it since.
