FL SS Autochrome TURBO MANIFOLD on FC S5?

The SSAutochrome made turbo manifold, which required a T4 turbo for its T4 TURBO FLANGE.

Does any company make an adaptor which will allow use of Mazda RX-7 S5 Turbo?

Could turbo headers exhaust manifold increase any air flow for performance gain on stock turbo with corrected adaptor from T4 Flange to FC turbine outlet?

http://www.ssautochrome.com/level.itml/icOid/1357

I wish to keep water cooled stock turbo set up rather than use Oil Cooled T4 turbo.
Any advices are welcome.

Thanks

After looking at the pics that the site has up, it looks like it has an adaptor for stock turbo. If not that it shouldnt be that hard to find the flange and have some one make a custome adaptor.

just cut and remove the S5 flange from the cast iron manifold and weld it to the t4 flange into the SS autochrome header.

Please, enlight me on this procedure of cutting into the FC stock cast iron turbo manifold. I have spent hours cleaning up and tried to ported inside cast iron manifold. The S5 turbine outlet is narrower than a T3 Flange and just a bit longer.
Have you done any fabrication of these work?

with the rx7 no. But with another cars, yes. Another solution is to fabricate an S5 steel flange and the weld it to the SS header or if you can not find any place for that fabrication, just buy a few grinder cutting discs and remove the S5 flange from the manifold. To weld cast iron to the SS manifold you need to use stainless steel welding rods and pre-heat the parts with oxyacetilene before welding to avoid cracks when the temperarure of the parts rises. I already ported my stock cast iron manifold and match the flange inner ports to the gasket ports.
