While you are driving pull up gently and smoothly on your E-brake and see if anything changes, or just apply your brakes and see if it changes. If it doesn't it is something not related to the brakes. Does it have a rythmic squeek? Constant squeek?

Probably dirt in your brake pads. Pull off the wheels and check the pads thickness. If they are still think just pull them off and lightly sand them so they are no longer shiny. The fact that it is rythmic also leads me to believe that your rotors might be slightly warped and will need to be turned. If you do your own work you can take them somewhere and they will turn them for $15-20 each, if there is enough meat left.
