Squeal sound Help plz

Hi, i have s4 t2 that make a squeal sound when I accelerate from a stop or shifting gears. It happens when the clutch starts engaging, pedal releasing. It happens when the rpm slows down to match the input shaft rpm.
I simulated the noise on a hoist and handbrake on while I accelerate in 1st gear.

Any clues? it is driving me crazy :P
Oh also makes the noise when I release the clutch when engine rpm is slower than input shaft. While the engine rpm climbs to match input shaft speed
