Squeaky belt?

Hey all.

Here's my problem at the moment. 88 Vert with 165k. Started making a squeaky noise, I thought was belt getting old. Did a quick visual check and made sure belts were still tight and not glazed over or anything. Everything looks fine. Checked my fluids, found my Powersteering was bone dry. Filled it up (i think it has a slow leak) and went about my business. Squeaking is still there. Did I damage a bearing or something when the fluid level was really low? Or is it just a belt thing? And what is a possible fix (I dont want to remove the power steering, yet )

I'm not a proponent of spraying lubricants on belts, but to test....I would say spray the belts to see if it is a belt. If noise doesn't cease, you can loosen/remove ps belt and let car idle to see if the noise stops, etc.
