I have a pretty hellacious squeak in my brake pedal... I had gotten rid of MOST of it by applying some grease, but it came back after two or three weeks.

Does anyone know of any more permanent ways to reduce squeaking? I don't imagine graphite lube would last much longer than the grease did.
