When i start driving there is a high pitch sqeaking noise and it is at a constant beat
is my belt the problem or is there something else that iam not aware of??

Can you be a little more specific? Can you locate a general area where the sound comes from?

With the engine on (and the car in neutral)...pop the hood and pull the throttle cable (to open the throttle body) a little bit. Does the sqeak again?

Try to pinpoint the noise.

 

well my car is stored away right now for the winter but from what i know if i just start the car and let it idle there is no noise. if the car is in nuetral and i rev it there is no noise. but as soon as a start to move the noise starts. i tried to figure out where it was comming from by sticking my head out the window and a low speed but it just seemed like it was comming from everywhere and i couldn't pinpoint the exact spot.

is it possible that it could be my brakes making that noise because i do need new brakes and i will be getting them in the spring.

 

It could be the brakes that you mentioned. It could also be a wheel bearing.

 

im gonna go ahead and say summsin stupid here......for abt 3 days my car made a constant squeaking sound from the brakes...got it checked and ffound out my wheel was almost gonna come apart!
