umm opps i found some ground control coil-overs on the net for 364.00.. so duh i bought them. they couldnt tell me the spring rates when they were selling them too me so i took a chance..... (DUMBASS) well now i have an fc running 450/300 well i need back surgery? im running agx struts... by the way i got them from racerelements.zoovy.com or something like that.. clue me in thanks

 

I would stiffen the AGX's.
If you don't run enough stiffness on the dampers, they will oscillate to hell.

I'm running Tokico Illuminas, but I'm running the same GC coilover set-up and spring rates.

Yes, they are stiff.
My gf HATES the car.
But it doesn't bother me.

this setup is freaking awesome so far i have it setup full dampening ground control and agx ... i hope this last a while agx warns of spring rates over 50% of stock
