Sport suspension

What all would be involved if I wanted to swap out the sport suspension system in a parts car I have to my base RX? If I were to do this, would it even be worth it (any significant benefits)?

Its enough work that I would wait to get some NEW suspension over putting crappy old stuff in.

Yea, I wouldn't think about putting used shocks in. I was just wondering if there was a computer that controlled it, any harnesses I would need to swap, etc.

uh no u dont have to switch any harnesses....i would just save up and replace all shocks/struts, and springs with nice aftermarket ones that were specifically made for the car...
