Question ???? A-spek TB on J-spek motor ????

k i picked up a worked TB thats A-spek heres the thing my motor is J-spek and the oil metering pump is being closed when the throttle is opened and opened when the throttle is closed. how can i get this to change? i was woundering what u guys think i can do to get this working rite?

they open up opposite of each other.

what kinda mix could i use with this problem? its like its there but then its not

This has nothing to do with using a A-spec TB on a J-spec engine. It sounds like you've used a NA TB instead of a Turbo one. You need to get the right TB.

I wouldn't have though so but it's the only explanation I can think of. Since the NA and Turbo engines point the TB in opposite directions (i.e flipped upside-down), if you swap a TB to the wrong engine the OMP arm will move in the opposite direction to what it should.

when i had them next to each other they looked just like each other had all the same markings

The N/A TB can most certainly be used on a turbo engine (manifold).

You only need to swap the throttle cable holder around 180deg so that it ´pulls´ the cable, not trys to ´push´ it if that makes sense..
This is what im running on my motor at the moment.
Although not using the MOP, so I can´t help you there..
