Speed

Im driving a 88 RX N/A and the fastest i've had it is 137mph and that was floored i have 3.9 final and i was thinking yea intake, exhaust, ecu, and ect adds powere and torque but does it add speed and if all of that **** does what would be the best combonation of that **** be. im looking for a top speed of at least 160mph but i would like to be faster.

o my dear lord why would you even want to go that fast??? most normal people want to accelerate faster.
