yep.. the rear seats didn't go there, pretty sure it was a hatch privacy cover.

 

its for the S5 hatch cover thing.

 

Looked it up, pretty cool. Do they fit in the S4 as well?

 

yep, there are a couple of tabs on the hatch the s4 doesn't have, but it wouldn't be hard to make something work, or trade hatches

 

The cover has some draw strings attached and by rights to make it stock,you need the little Circular "doo-jiggies" to attach the strings to the hatch.
Look up posts by SouthSide ***...(member) he was looking for those Doo hickies and he should have a pic in his WTB thread.
You actually do not need them and can wrap the string around the hatch shock.
