Spark Plugs problem

Ok my car been acting really weird and i think its leaky injectors. I also just realize that my spark plugs was put in the wrong places. The primary has one primary plug and one secondary plugs. Same thing with the secondary. The spark wires are in the correct places though. I'm wondering will this messed up my car by any chances? BTW, i didnt put the plugs in though, but the old owner of the car did.

Thanks You,

swaping the plugs won't make much difference. but the wires always have to go to the right places.
