the trailing plugs have a t on them for T or Trailing and the Leading have an L on them for lower.

YES>for the Trailing..(sort of).
the Leading plugs fire at the same time,so really you can mix up the wires and it won't do Nothing to the Engine.
BUT,you mix up the Trailing coil wires, and YEEHAH!..
The Best way to look at connecting the Wires is T is TOP..L is lower..Now,When you do the LOWER plugs, just look at the Coil, located between the strut tower and the Firewall(that is the Trailing Coil).
the coil has two Wires to go to the spark plugs,RIGHT?Right!..so hook the One that is Closest to the FRONT of the Car to The FRONT engine's upper spark plug..the other one Obviously goes down to the REAR upper Plug.
here is a "diagram" for ya.
.......hood....Windshield....Roof.....
.Front of car......T1.....T2..Firewall...
..Front of car.....L1.....L2....Firewall..
Lights..............Oil Pan.......Gas pedal.....
........Wheel........................Your Butt.......Wheel!.....
......................Styx!....................... .......

I still think he didnt mean wires but the plugs. like front housing L and rear housing L. Now that i typed that......it doesnt make any sense at all. You are probably right about "wires" are what he meant. Congrats on post 5,000.
