spark issues

My leading coil isnt sparking when trying to start the car and as ive read on here some say the trailing wont fire on start up when a michrotech is used which makes me think the coils are connected wrong, both coils are good new leads and dissy new plugs as well, the computer is a michrotech digi pro, both coils hav power to them when ignition is on but just cant seem to start the car its my first rotor so im realy lost any help would be much appreciated

I also just found out the computer im runing is a fuel management only it doesnt controll the spark it just gets a reading from the coils so there go's the theory of lead coil only fireing on start up i also got some second hand moduels to but im sure myne are fine i just cant work it out?

sounds like a Microtec issue more than a vehicle issue. What unit are you using that doesn't have spark/timing control???

and you added a distributer or have a euro spec that doesn't have a crank angle sensor?
