Spark issue

Spark issue
checked and adjusted the timing. Then for the f### of it hooked the timing light to L2 and T2 and found that L2 was firing in the same position as L1 but T2 was not firing in the same position as T1. Not sure what is right I would think that L2 should not line up with L1 but not sure, and what might be causing this?

Puts me back to square one, the car is stock to the bones. Starts ok, can let it warm up to normal but when I take off it stutters, dies out. After about 10-15 min of normal driving it goes away and runs fine. Here is what I have done
Fuel pump and filter.
Plugs
Checked timing
Checked and cleaned grounds
Check CPS and Coils per manual
Air filter
any ideas on where to go next?
