Somethings getting hot.. help

87 FC TII, hasn't been wanting to start after it's been run for alittle while, also, right when started it sounds kinda like it's missing, you can only hear it in the exhaust though. Just changed coils, wires, plugs, fuel filter, and flushed the injectors. When I was letting it idle and looking around to see if I could find anything out of place visually, I noticed that the turbo, or the exhaust, but definately something in that area of the motor. Any ideas? Thanks for any help.

It's working fine, full of water, not leaking or anything of that sorts.
