Someone stole my RX-7...

Yep someone stole the thing that says "RX-7" off the back of my parked NA. WTF? I mean I hardly see any rx-7s around here anyways and why would someone want it? Oh well I wanted to take it off anyways. At least my TII has a sticker or they woulda taken that one since its closer to the street.

some people have no honor stealing stuff off of hard working owners cars.

Give them the death penalty I say. Shoot them dead, cause hanging is too good for them.

That sucks.

I don't like the idea of people even touching my car to put something under the wiper, let alone stealing something off of it...

What if you had an RX-7 and someone put an ad for one of the forums under the wiper? I am gonna do that around my campus one of these days, and I don't want to **** anyone off.

Nah, I'm ok with forum flyers. I just put one for Probetalk.com on a PGT yesterday, actually.

I just don't like finding random crap under there. Car enthusiasts I'm ok with, however.

Ha ha, you must know where I live, lol. They're pretty damn close, but don't know why they would want an RX-7 symbol. Ah well.

Dude, that sucks, and I can sympathise. My '84 Cosmo was stolen and revovered; one of the things they stole off it was the "Rotary Turbo" badge (not sticker) off the bootlid. I was pissed because they're like rocking horse droppings here and really expensive to get from Japan. I used to love seeing the looks on people's faces in the rear view mirror when they pulled up behind a plain looking 4-door sedan and saw that badge!

The poeple that advertise car forums love their cars, whatever it may be, just like we do, so they know to treat it respectfully.

I had my passenger window broken and my box stolen with 2 10" JL W6's in it. (little did they know both doors were unlocked though). I don't believe in locking the doors. If someone wants something they will get it, if the doors are locked or unlocked. Even though I leave the doors unlocked I do have a really good alarm/remote starter.

Alarm is crimestopper pager alarm/remote starter with:
dual stage proxsimity sensor
dual stage shock and glass break sensor
2 starter kills
4 sirens (2 under hood & 2 under rear)
Battery backup siren
Horn honk (i got them cheapy air horns )
Next thing I am design myself - Camera! I'm gonna tear apart a digi camara (not video but still) and make it take pics of the interior when the alarm goes off

Even with all that they got away (although I did see him running with my box but could not get him)

Well, it certainly wasn't the rednecks, as they wouldn't be caught dead with a Jap symbol.

I don't have a Mazda RX-7 badge on the back of my car neither. I just want people to wonder just like you. What I want to do is to get a TII Sticker to put on the sides though. Anyone know where I can get that. A silver Mazda badge would be nice too. I don't like the Bold Black one that I have.

Why didn't you just jump in your car and haul *** down the street. That would of been a good way to catch them.

Do you have a TII or you want to put the TURBO II stickers on your NA? If so I would have to say that is RICE. But its your car. Oh and if stickers could be reused I would give you my TII stickers when I take them off. I want people to think my car is an NA.

Angry

Well, that justs sucks. I will never understand why people do that. Respect is hard to find today. I guess I'm rather lucky 'cause I took off everything on my vert that says RX7 and saved it. It's fun, 'cause people w/o a clue ask me what kind of car it is. Center caps still have Mazda name on them. Time to change rims? Nah.

I prefer the guess from behind and then know. I have no Mazda decal on the front. So when they see me behind they wonder, and then why I blow by them they know they just got owned by an RX-7
