some t04 and hybrid questions.

some t04 and hybrid questions my *****.
i've been doing a little research for my summer project (87 TII, hybrid stock/t04 turbo) and i really dont know what to do and have a few questions regarding t04's and hybrids.
i am looking for about 300hp or so at the wheels on an s4 turboII this summer, but i'm really not sure about all the details of the BNR hybrid turbo with the stock hotside and the t04 compressor wheel. does anyone have this?
also on the site they have a t04 hybrid that has the stock hot side and an entire t04b compressor housing and wheel. this would probably get me 20 more hp or so? (these are the details i need) i cant really justify spending 100 more dollars when i am already at my 300hp goal if i can do that with the stock housing and a t04 wheel.
can anyone give me some input about this stuff?

there are plenty of threads that involve people going over 300 rwhp with a hybrid turbo. If 300 is your goal, then I think that you could probably get there with the stock housing. Hell I've seen 265 rwhp on the stocker.
Are you going front mount or staying with the stock IC location?

ok cool thats the answer i was looking for. maybe 300whp is easier to attain than i thought.
I think tuning is definitely going to be the key.

no idea on the power I'm putting down. I would guess 230-235ish?
My only fuel mod is the walbro. Don't worry, my wastegate is ported to the edge of the stock flap so I'm not going to blow up the car...well at least not right now.
mods were:
2.5'' TID/ apc filter
3'' thunderfab dp/mp
single n1 catback
the 104 run was before I got my MBC, boost would peak aroun 10 pounds.
I think I might be able to squeeze a 107 trap out of the stocker if the turbo bearings hold together

bnr stage three upgrade laid down about 332WHP@14PSI, anything after that like stage 4 is about 350+, i dont' know for sure but that's what BNR said to me, i'm trying get 400hp, but now decide to go for the T04 route. I'm very much a drag racer, no autox or any other of that real rx7 potential ****, i would want to go to one but theres never any good track racing around here, but my life only revolves around drag racing. I say upgrade pump, t04 compressor, injectors, afc (or any managment ****), prolly an intercooler upgrade, fuel pressure regulator, and some tunning time you'll get 300HP no problem, unless your ported then hell it's even easier, lesser psi needed. But stock turbo suck ****, too small for even stock ports. 300 no problem..
