some suspension help for a noob

So my car has a hard vibration in the steering wheel when i am turning at higher speeds ie:40+ but only when the wheel is turned to a certain point. As in before that point its fine, and after that point (hard turns) its fine. Its a pretty hard vibration actually.

So i took off the wheels today and peeked at all the suspension parts, and everything was tight (a bit dirty though) There was only one busing/joint part that looked bad/not like the other side. I should mention that i can only think of this vibration showing up when turning right, it may happen otherwise, but i cant think of any specific times... So i was hoping you guys could look at the pics i took, and let me know where to start, and yes I searched plenty, and my wheels are balanced.

One more thing, i can also hear a clunk when going over speed bumps.

Pics:
Right side, (tie rod end?) that looks bad:

right side ball joint:

Left side not so bad:

I took a few other pics of both sides as well. Any help is appreciated, and please go easy on me not knowing the names of that part/anything about these parts

your right side tie rod (first pic) is bad needs to be replaced. your right side ball joint might be bad but need more pics to tell. left side looks good.

I would replace them. They're not cheap. Mazdatrix has the ball joints for about $63.xx and the tie rod ends at like $35 I think. And those are only for 1. I have to do all of them in my car too.

you have an S4 so replacing you ball joints will not be hard just two bolts on the bottom and some prying on the spindle and it will come off. the vibration you are feeling is from the tie rod get that replaced ASAP. but if I where you I would get all new tie rods and ball joints replaced just to make sure that you have fixed the problem and not just part of it. and make sure that you get an alignment after any of them get replaced.
