Yes those are hood pins. I put on analuminum hood that I found in a junk yard and the latch alone wouldn't hold the bent thing straight. Besides I like the looks of them.

I am working on building a site through netfirms.com. So hopefully that will work better. The overspray on the tires is just primer, and hopefully I will be getting new rims and tires in the spring. Hopefully post the new website tonight. Check back soon.

To take contol of pop up lights. Out of the fuse box in the engine compartment, you have to cut the wire coming out of the fuse labeled retractor. Run two lengths of wire to a switch. This cuts the power to the motors, which can allow you to have your headlight on through the FTP lenses or if you are quick with the switch you can cut the power to the motor when the headlight is half way up, and leave your lights at half mast.
