i had the same problem with the gauges. just replace them. i only had the speedo working. i replaced them and then all of them worked. now for the clutch pedal sticking.........replace the slave cylinder or buy a slave cylinder rebuild kit for around $15 and then bleed out the clutch again. that should do the trick.

It is not the best idea to replace/rebuild just the slave, on these car's or any other car. Most of the time you will be back under the hood to replace the master in a few weeks. Also works the other way around, bad idea to just replace the clutch M/C, the slave will burn up fast, best bet to fix the clutch hydraulic related problem is to swap out both at the same time. Also save your self the money and dont go to a local auto parts store for remans, get a kit and reman them both yourself, or get them from mazda/mazdatrix. whent through about 6 master and slave's in about 2 months from autozone/o'rillys. Then I orderd the master/slave with a braided SS line from mazdatrix, they all installed/worked perfect the first time, and was about $140-ish after S/H. Best of luck.

The tach works off of the trailing coil. Are you sure this coil is operating properly? To test the tach operation you could jumper a wire from the single Black wire connected to the leading coil that just lies there connected to nothing and jumper this wire to the same like wire dangling from the trailing coil. Do this and fire up the car and see if the tach works or not.
EDIT:
If the fuel and temp gauges are also not working then the Meter fuse is likely blown.
