OP, do you have any photos from other angles of the headlights?

Also, I'm thinking of making a prototype of custom headlights starting with a wood block then shaving it down and then eventually make a mold out of that. Is that a good idea/ method?

 

Im going to go ahead and make another thread here in about an hour that will be a write up on how to make your own lights.
