I found a red 89' turbo convertible for sale. In the ad the guy says he is using a Garrett/HKS setup. And it needs a new engine. I'm not looking to build it myself like with my DSM I just want to drop one in and rock. So who should I call for a cheap/decent rebuild and who should I stay away from? Also what do you think is a good asking price? New black top, 5 speed rust free southern car.
